Building the Future of Regulation on the Steps From Our Past 45 Years

      This year marks the 60th anniversary of President Kennedy’s legendary moonshot speech and the 50th anniversary of the Apollo moon landing. This speech and the subsequent outcome transformed the world with new technology, a better understanding of our planet, and a lesson in political will. I can think of no other achievement in the history of our nation that made such a significant impact on science and public policy.
